As the Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our sales recruiting machine — managing the details, communication, and follow-through that keep everything running smoothly. You’ll work directly with our Sales Recruiter to keep the calendar full, the candidates informed, and the team on track. In short: you make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Role

The Recruiting Coordinator ensures our recruiting engine runs with speed, precision, and care. You’ll handle the first touchpoints with candidates, schedule group interviews, run reminders, and maintain smooth communication between applicants and our internal team.

Your goal is simple: keep the pipeline moving, the candidates showing, and the team winning.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to new applicants immediately (within minutes when possible) and schedule them into upcoming group interviews.

  • Execute the full reminder cadence — automated and manual — to maximize show rates and keep candidates engaged.

  • Coordinate calendars for the Sales Recruiter, ensuring group interviews and 1:1s are always full.

  • Communicate clearly and positively with every candidate — you are the first impression of Aesthetic Roofing.

  • Track all activity in our systems (calls, messages, attendance, and follow-ups) with precision and consistency.

  • Manage post-interview follow-through, helping move qualified candidates through the onboarding process.

  • Continuously identify small process improvements to make the recruiting flow faster and more effective.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles preferred.

  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and over the phone.

  • Exceptional organization and follow-through; you never miss a detail.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where priorities shift quickly.

  • Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems (ATS, dialer, calendar, or CRM).

  • Team-player mindset — collaborative, positive, and reliable under pressure.

  • Driven by impact: you take ownership and pride in keeping the machine running.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $50,000–$60,000, based on a combination of base salary and performance bonuses tied to results such as show rates and successful hires.

Logistics
  • Location: In-office, based in South Jordan, UT.

  • Schedule: Full-time, in-office between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility to be available outside of standard hours if needed to support recruiting operations or candidate scheduling.
