This is hands-on, customer-facing, field leadership — guiding homeowners, coordinating with crews, and ensuring every install is executed with excellence.RoleThe Project Manager – Roofing & Customer Experience owns the homeowner journey from pre-install meeting through final walkthrough. You’ll lead expectations, communication, quality checks, and closeouts, all while supporting a smooth flow of information between homeowners, CSRs, Production, QC, and crews.You’re the person who makes the job feel easy for the homeowner and efficient for the company — communicating proactively, solving issues before they become problems, and ensuring every project is completed to standard.ResponsibilitiesSet proper expectations during pre-install meetings and serve as the main point of contact on install day.Build trust with homeowners, guide them through options, and responsibly sell upgrades that improve their experience.Maintain clean, timely documentation in the CRM so CSRs and internal teams always have full context.Partner with Production, QC, and Material Runners to ensure jobs stay on track without surprises.Collect payments in person, request 5-star reviews, and ask for referrals.Perform final walkthroughs and make sure homeowners feel confident, informed, and satisfied.ResultsHigh customer satisfaction and consistent 5-star reviews.Strong upgrade revenue per job.Fast, clean collections with low Days Sales Outstanding.Clear, accurate CRM updates that reduce friction across teams.Install days that run smoothly because expectations were aligned and issues were handled proactively.RequirementsRoofing, construction, or manual-labor background preferred.Strong verbal communication — clear, confident, and customer-focused.Comfortable working on roofs, around crews, and solving problems on-site.Tech-comfortable.Reliable transportation and ability to travel across Northern Utah.Organized, proactive, and accountable in a high-volume environment.Compensation & BenefitsThis role offers a $50,000–$60,000 base salary with additional upgrade commissions.Aesthetic Roofing provides a comprehensive benefits package:Medical, Dental, Vision & additional coveragePaid Holidays (11)PTO (13 accrued days), Flex Holidays (2), Bereavement (2), Sick Time (2)Significant discount on Lifetime Fitness membershipsOur ValuesDiscipline. Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
