We are a patient‑centered medical aesthetics practice in Fredericksburg, VA seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector to lead and develop our injectables program. This role offers the opportunity to practice at a high clinical standard while contributing to the growth of an established aesthetics service line.
This position is ideal for a skilled injector with a strong understanding of facial anatomy, treatment planning, and evidence‑based aesthetic care who is interested in a leadership role within a growing practice.
Position Overview
This is a clinically focused, leadership‑oriented role for an experienced aesthetic provider. The Aesthetic Injector will be responsible for delivering injectable treatments, developing treatment protocols, and supporting the growth of the injectables program through consistent patient outcomes, education, and clinical excellence.
The position is part‑time with the potential to expand to full‑time as patient volume increases.
Compensation
- Hourly compensation commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
- Perform injectable aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators
- Conduct comprehensive facial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and long‑term aesthetic planning
- Integrate skin health, laser, and device‑based therapies into treatment plans as appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all medical and safety protocols
- Collaborate with practice leadership to establish and refine clinical protocols and standards
- Support the development of a consistent, high‑quality patient experience
- Participate in training and mentorship of future clinical team members as the practice grows
Qualifications
- Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience performing aesthetic injectable treatments
- Demonstrated knowledge of facial anatomy, product selection, and treatment planning
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills with the ability to educate and build patient trust
- Interest in clinical leadership and program development
- Willingness to learn and incorporate new technologies and treatment modalities
