Dermacare is the premier medical aesthetics and plastic surgery practice on the Southern California coast. We’re seeking a forward-thinking Wellness Physician (MD or DO) to spearhead the launch of our integrative wellness program at our Mission Valley clinic. This is a unique opportunity for a clinician who has developed wellness protocols before and is ready to build a scalable program that can ultimately expand across additional Dermacare locations.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in HRT, metabolic and functional medicine, and regenerative therapies—and is equally enthusiastic about performing aesthetic services as part of a comprehensive, patient-centered approach. You’ll design and deliver best-in-class wellness care, elevate clinical standards, and integrate wellness offerings seamlessly with our existing aesthetic services.
We’re looking for a collaborative, entrepreneurial physician who can champion this new service line, partner closely with our aesthetic and surgical teams, and help shape the future of wellness at Dermacare.

- Provide in-depth wellness evaluations centered on hormone optimization, metabolic health, and longevity-focused medicine.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans encompassing HRT, peptide therapies, weight-management programs, and other regenerative options.
- Seamlessly blend wellness protocols with aesthetic and surgical care to deliver a cohesive, whole-patient experience.
- Educate patients on lifestyle strategies, nutrition, and evidence-based regenerative therapies that support long-term health.
- Partner with a collaborative clinical and aesthetic team to enhance and grow Dermacare’s wellness offerings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in functional, regenerative, and anti-aging medicine.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest and willingness to learn—and perform—aesthetic treatments as part of a holistic patient approach.
