Position Overview
As our Part-Time Content Curator, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, organizing, and creating engaging content that aligns with NEOSkin's brand voice and aesthetic. You’ll manage photo and video assets, coordinate content creation, and ensure all digital materials reflect our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and curate a monthly content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team
- Source and organize imagery, videos, and graphics for social media, email, and web campaigns
- Repurpose existing content into fresh, engaging posts aligned with promotions and treatment highlights
- Capture behind-the-scenes photos/videos during treatments, events, and staff features
- Assist with writing short-form captions, promotional blurbs, and educational content
- Ensure all content adheres to HIPAA and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with staff and providers to highlight expertise and patient success stories
- Monitor trends in aesthetics, wellness, and skincare to inspire new content ideas
- Organize and maintain NEOSkin's digital asset library
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or marketing (preferably in aesthetics, beauty, or wellness)
- Strong eye for design, composition, and brand aesthetics
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and content best practices
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Photography and videography experience
- Basic video editing (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics
- Understanding of medical spa treatments and skincare terminology
