Our Top 250 Allergan Medical Spa in Boise is seeking a Part-Time Cosmetic Injector Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is eager to build a career in the thriving field of medical aesthetics.

What You'll Do:

As a Cosmetic Injector Assistant, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting our medical providers and growing practice.

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Prepare and accurately draw up injectable medications
• Obtain and update patient medical histories and records
• Review patient allergies and communicate relevant information to providers
• Assist providers during consultations and treatments
• Educate patients on treatment procedures
• Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
• Take patient photographs for treatment documentation
• Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical standards
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and ready for patients

Patient Care & Administrative Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient communication
• Conduct follow-up calls and text messages to support patient retention and future bookings
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries
• Help facilitate patient referrals
• Monitor and manage inventory and supply levels
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Support daily operations to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment

Preferred Experience:

• 1 year of Medical Assistant or CNA experience
• 1 year of Medical Spa or aesthetic experience preferred
• Customer service, sales, or patient education experience is a plus

Qualifications (Required):

• Active Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (MA) OR
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license

Schedule:

Part-Time Most likely Wednesday through Friday.
