Our Model
The success of our practices is built on the following fundamentals:

Our Formal Offer:
- Each prospective team member commits to the terms of our Culture, and embraces our Model
- Health insurance (80%), after probation
- Scrubs (after three months)
- 401k (with three-percent employer contribution)
- For the first three months, daily minimum salary that equals to $165,000 annual salary, for a full-time associate, plus that portion of 1/3 of collections that exceed the daily minimum, and thereafter, exclusively 1/3 collections, with potential to make up to $200,000 in the first year, based on past associate performance.
- No weekends (except emergency), no evenings.
