What You'll Do
Lead and motivate the administrative team to create an exceptional patient experience.
Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and workflow.
Monitor practice performance and key metrics while driving operational excellence.
Coordinate patient treatment acceptance, financial arrangements, and insurance processes.
Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure consistency and accountability.
Foster a positive, collaborative office culture built on professionalism and respect.
Partner closely with the doctor and clinical team to achieve practice goals.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has 3 years of dental office management experience.
Demonstrates exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Has strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and scheduling systems.
Is organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
Enjoys coaching others and helping teams succeed.
Takes pride in creating an outstanding patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion.
