Aesthetic Couture Medical Spa is seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Esthetician Contractor to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will provide exceptional esthetician services to our valued clients. We are looking for a dedicated professional with expertise in skincare, facials, hydrafacial, waxing, and laser.
Responsibilities:
- Perform esthetician services according to industry standards and client preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Build and maintain client relationships through excellent communication and service.
Skin Analysis:Conducting thorough skin analysis to assess clients' skin conditions and concerns.
Identifying specific skincare needs and recommending appropriate treatments.
Facial Treatments:Performing facials, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and moisturizing.
Administering specialized treatments such as chemical peels and microdermabrasion.
Laser Services
Perform a variety of laser treatments, including but not limited to laser hair removal and skin resurfacing with precision and expertise
Body Treatments:Offering body treatments like wraps, scrubs, and massages to improve skin texture and relaxation.
Product Knowledge:Staying informed about skincare products and recommending suitable products for at-home care.
Consultation and Education:Conducting consultations with clients to understand their skincare goals and concerns.
Educating clients about proper skincare routines and practices.
Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
Sanitation and Safety:Adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Following proper procedures for equipment sterilization and cleanliness.
Sales:Recommending and selling skincare products to clients based on their individual needs.
Upselling additional services or products to enhance the client's experience.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and provide input for ongoing process improvement
Continuing Education:Staying up-to-date on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in esthetics through ongoing education and training.
Compliance:Adhering to local health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
Record-Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of client consultations, treatments, and product recommendations.
Requirements:
- Valid North Carolina Esthetician License.
- Proven experience as an esthetician with a strong portfolio (1-2 years )
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage client appointments efficiently.
- Knowledge of the latest trends, products, and techniques in the beauty industry.

Compensation:
- $10/hour
- 8% commission on all services
- 5% retail
- Quarterly bonus structure
