AESC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced manufacturing equipment at our Repack facility. This is a hands-on technical role with strong growth potential — early hires will support new equipment installation and become technical trainers for future team members.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, robotics, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Program, modify, and maintain PLC systems (Omron and Siemens preferred)
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation using the CMMS work order system
- Train and mentor less experienced team members on equipment best practices
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma required; Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field preferred
- 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including 2 years with PLCs
- Strong troubleshooting background with robotics, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics and blueprints
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Leadership potential and ability to mentor and train others

Work Environment
The work environment is primarily an automated manufacturing plant with a concrete floor and is characterized by some temperature extremes, moderate noise, and forklift traffic. The individual must be able to perform all essential functions as appropriate on the plant floor, in meetings, and with employees, management, customers and suppliers.
