Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order management and reporting.
- Develop and manage budgets to optimize profitability while maintaining quality service.
- Foster a positive work environment by providing leadership, training, and development opportunities for staff.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and effective resolution of complaints.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, along with inventory control practices.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food management.
- Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial reports effectively.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a focus on team building and employee engagement.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing guest experiences.
