Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, shift management, and ensuring smooth service flow
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and quality control measures
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams through staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations to promote excellent customer service and team leadership
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports
- Monitor food production and food handling practices to meet health regulations and ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct hiring interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training & development initiatives for staff members
Skills
- Extensive experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills
- Demonstrated ability in managing hospitality teams with effective leadership and managerial communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety management, food handling procedures, and culinary experience including cooking and food preparation techniques
- Skilled in inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food management strategies
- Proven track record in supervising staff training programs, team management, and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Experience in casual dining or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for financial transactions, reporting, and inventory calculations
