Position Summary
Aertssen Logistics USA, Inc. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the warehouse and related facilities. This includes operating cleaning equipment, handling waste disposal, and performing minor facility repairs to support a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Aertssen Logistics USA, Inc. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the warehouse and related facilities. This includes operating cleaning equipment, handling waste disposal, and performing minor facility repairs to support a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and operating ride-on or walk-behind cleaning machines.
- Empty and replace all trash bins across the warehouse and shared facilities.
- Carry out small maintenance tasks to upgrade the facility.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Support the safe and tidy upkeep of exterior areas, including walkways, entrances, and loading docks.
- Work in alignment with safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
All this is always carried out taking into account our company's quality, environmental, and health policies.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in custodial, janitorial, or light facility maintenance roles.
- Familiarity with basic tools and cleaning equipment.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift items, and operate cleaning machinery.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
