- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful sales teams in a leadership role.
- In-depth understanding of implementing and maintaining sales processes.

- Two-way radio solutions experience preferred.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to learn and provide communications and surveillance solutions to existing clients and new prospects.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- History of maintaining CRM compliance and Sales Pipeline hygiene.
- Proven history of quota obtainment and client service.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
- Seeking candidates to work from our corporate office in Lewisville, Texas.
- 2-5 Years of Sales Management Experience required.
- 2 years of technology solution sales experience preferred.
- Two-way radio or communication technology sales experience preferred.
