About this Position...
These roles support both machine operation and kitting activities, including setting up and operating conversion/slitting equipment, preparing materials, completing documentation, and maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
· Set up work areas with required tools and materials to operate conversion and slitting equipment or patterns for fabrication and assembly safely
· Prepare, cut, trim, assemble, label, and package materials to specification in line with production schedules to ensure efficiency
· Perform routine equipment checks, blade changes, and basic maintenance
· Read work instructions, measurements, and production documents accurately
· Fabricate products using templates, fixtures, and measuring tools to meet precise specifications.
· Complete production, maintenance, and inventory records in SAP or related systems
· Move and organize materials across production and shipping areas
· Maintain quality standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED required
· Manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred
· Ability to read measurements, follow instructions, and work safely in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn
