What You’ll Do
- Cut, process, and package products to meet daily production targets
- Assist with bagging, trimming, and deboning
- Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit‑ready work area
- Work at a consistent production‑line pace while maintaining safety awareness
What You Bring
- Strong hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑moving, physically active environment
- General labor or production experience
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food processing or manufacturing
- Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Forklift experience (not required)
