**Production Associate - WEEKLY PAY - Start ASAP!**

Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4x10 shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM - $18.34/hr
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM - $19.34/hr
• If desired: Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts available (upon request)

Job description:

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble, sort, and bag products according to specifications
• Box and palletize finished goods
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
• Follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
• Minimum 1 year of production or manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Must be able to work around hay or grass (no grass allergies)

Skills & Qualifications

• Two years of production experience.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Proficiency in working as part of a team and effective communication.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Experience in forklift operation, packaging, assembly, and inspection.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $18.34 - $19.34/hr.
