Job Description

The role involves accurately selecting products from inventory, packing and labeling shipments, and preparing orders for delivery. This hands-on position does not require the use of forklifts or other heavy equipment; all tasks are performed manually with carts and RF scanners. Attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Select and pack products from inventory accurately.
• Label shipments and prepare orders for nationwide delivery.
• Use carts and RF scanners for manual tasks.
• Ensure attention to detail and maintain accuracy.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as required.
• Scan, wrap, sort, and prepare orders for shipments.
• Assist with organizing received material and maintain accurate counts.
• Keep work areas clean and adhere to safety protocols.

Essential Skills

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Experience with RF scanners.

Work Environment

The work environment includes afternoon shifts from 4:30 pm to 1:00 am and night shifts from 12:00 am to 8:30 am, Monday through Friday. Tasks are performed manually without the operation of heavy equipment, ensuring a safe and clean workspace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perryville, MD.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
