Order Selector – Mid Shift & Night Shift

Location: Harrisburg, PA

• Pay/Shift: $16.00/hr (Mon–Fri | 4 PM–Finish) - Pay Increase to $18.50 when hired!
• Pay/Shift: $16.50/hr (Sun–Thurs | 6 PM–Finish) - Pay Increase to $19 when hired!
• Environment: Cold warehouse (freezer/fridge), fast‑paced, physical

About the Role

As an Order Selector, you’ll pick customer orders using a voice-directed system and build pallets for shipment in a refrigerated/freezer warehouse. This is a physical job that requires speed, accuracy, and comfort working in cold conditions.

What You’ll Do

• Use a voice‑directed picking system to locate and select products
• Verify product type, quantity, and condition
• Build stable mixed‑product pallets and stage them correctly
• Label cases to maintain order accuracy
• Secure pallets with shrink wrap
• Maintain productivity, speed, and accuracy
• Keep work areas clean and audit‑ready
• Report safety or equipment issues immediately
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Required Skills

• Experience with voice‑directed picking systems
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack
• Proven ability to build mixed pallets safely and efficiently
• Ability to work in freezer conditions for full shifts
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and pace
• Comfortable with physical warehouse work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
