Entry‑Level Manufacturing Opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Operate basic production machines after receiving full training
• Follow simple instructions to assemble and process parts
• Perform basic quality checks using microscopes and measuring tools (we will train you!)
• Keep your area organized, clean, and safe during your shift
• Assist with general production tasks such as loading materials or packaging
• Learn to identify minor machine issues and report them to maintenance
• Support manufacturing processes in clean, temperature‑controlled areas

What You Bring

• Willingness to learn new skills and work with your hands
• Ability to read basic instructions, labels, or diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and reliable work habits
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate materials
• Great attitude, teamwork, and interest in manufacturing

Experience using calipers, micrometers, or tools is a plus

Extra Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or general labor
• Comfort working around small parts, hand tools, or measuring tools
• Experience in medical device assembly or cleanroom environments (not required)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Danbury, CT.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
