Job Description
This role involves performing painting functions for industrial and commercial clients, specializing in both new construction and existing building projects. The primary focus is on interior walls, with some exterior painting work. Projects are located within a 40-mile radius of Milwaukee. You will use brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply various paint coatings to industrial and commercial facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior painting tasks for industrial and commercial projects.
- Use brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint coatings.
- Utilize HPLV Airless Sprayers on large industrial projects.
- Conduct prep work and cleanup for job sites.
- Work within a team to meet project deadlines.
Essential Skills
- 3 years of painting experience.
- 1 year of commercial painting experience.
- Proficient in airless spraying, brush and rolling, and cutting in without tape.
- Drywall experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with multi-family and office buildings.
- Foreman experience is beneficial.

Work Environment
The work environment involves reporting to various job sites and working in teams of varying sizes, depending on the project. The dress code is jeans/t-shirt or painter whites. Core hours are day shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with potential for additional hours based on project demands.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $26.00/hr.
