Location: Lawton, OK

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

Join our team as a Maintenance Helper and become an essential part of keeping our facilities running smoothly year-round. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and variety in your day, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do

• Perform minor adjustments and repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
• Conduct preventative maintenance (filters, cooling towers, light bulbs).
• Repair and install screens, glass, and signage.
• Replace electrical components (switches, receptacles, fixtures).
• Repair sinks, water coolers, toilets, and more.
• Paint structures and equipment as needed.
• Repair concrete floors, sidewalks, and paneling.
• Hang doors, install locks, and replace windowpanes.
• Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.

What We’re Looking For

• Facilities maintenance or general labor experience.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, and drywall repair.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and reports.
  • Experience Levels:
  • Level III: 4 years
  • Level IV: 5 years
  • Level V: 10 years

Additional Requirements

• Ability to obtain government clearance.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Flexibility for occasional weekends/holidays.

The pay range for this position is $36857.00 - $36857.00/yr.
