Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating the packaging line. This role involves loading rolls or bags into the machine for packaging mulch and continually loading pallets so the machine can automatically palletize the bags once they are packed and sealed. You should be able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team. The role requires standing throughout the shift and operating a forklift as needed. Additionally, you must be capable of lifting 50lbs consistently during the shift.

• Operate the packaging line efficiently.
• Load rolls or bags into the machine for packaging mulch.
• Continually load pallets into the machine for automatic palletizing.
• Stand throughout the shift and operate a forklift as required.
• Lift 50lbs consistently during the shift.

• 6 months of heavy equipment operation experience.
• Experience with heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, forklifts, skid steers, loaders, and front end loaders.
• Ability to perform general labor and construction tasks.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and machine operating.

• Forklift operating skills.
• General labor experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Princeton, MN.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
