Inventory Specialist

• Operate material handling equipment to transport raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse.
• Accurately pick production orders according to work order specifications.
• Follow detailed instructions for pallet types, product segregation, and labeling requirements.
• Execute and record inventory transactions using RF/barcode scanners and Oracle EBS.
• Monitor product quality and promptly report any issues to prevent safety or compliance risks.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory variance analysis and reconciliation.
• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience with inventory control responsibilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems; experience with WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts, order pickers, and narrow aisle reach trucks.
• Strong computer skills and accurate data entry capabilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Skills & Attributes

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to cross-train in multiple areas of warehouse operations.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

This is a Permanent position based out of Baltimore, MD 21224.

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $52000.00/yr.
