What You’ll Do

• Assemble small parts following detailed work orders
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks safely and efficiently
• Operate machinery as needed and ensure products are properly packaged
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready for smooth production

What You Bring

• Experience using hand and power tools
• At least 6 months of manufacturing or similar hands‑on work
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders
• Basic computer skills (6 months of experience)
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winona, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
