Framer

Schedule: 7am–5pm, Monday–Friday

Pay: $22–$28/hr

Worksite: Hugo, MN (first-day safety orientation at the shop)

We are hiring Framers to support new commercial and multifamily build projects. This role involves prefab framing, wall/truss assembly, and general rough carpentry.

Responsibilities:

• Prefab framing: trusses, walls, and floors
• Measure, cut, and assemble framing lumber
• Work independently and with a crew
• Attend safety orientation on the first day, then report to job sites daily

Requirements:

• 1 year of stick/wood framing experience
• Prefab framing experience
• Proficient with tape measure and nail gun
• Must bring tool belt and basic construction tools
• Reliable transportation

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HUGO, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
