Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Services Technician to perform essential cleaning and maintenance tasks within a major hospital facility. This role involves the thorough cleaning of patient rooms, common areas, hallways, and restrooms, including terminal cleaning and working in surgical and all treatment areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform general discharges and cleaning of patient rooms and common areas.
• Ensure cleanliness of halls and restrooms.
• Conduct terminal cleaning in surgical areas.
• Work in areas where patients received treatment.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping.
• Ability to perform mopping and sweeping tasks.
• Familiarity with environmental services and custodial duties.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment

The role is based in a hospital facility with shifts from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM, requiring flexibility to work weekends and holidays. The environment demands strict adherence to health and safety protocols, including wearing appropriate attire and equipment.

This is a Contract position based out of Pasadena, CA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
