Construction Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated construction laborers to maintain cleanliness in dig areas. This role primarily involves using a shovel to ensure areas are clean where excavators are loading dump trucks. While laboring constitutes 80% of the work, the remaining 20% involves operating equipment such as water trucks, street sweepers, and skid steers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in excavation areas using a shovel.
- Support excavators by ensuring clean and safe loading zones.
- Operate water trucks, street sweepers, and skid steers as needed.
Essential Skills
- 1 year of outdoor construction experience
- Proficiency in using hand tools and shovels
- Basic construction knowledge
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as water trucks and skid steers is a plus
- OSHA 10 certification

Work Environment
Work is conducted outdoors on large-scale construction projects such as data centers. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, totaling 58 hours per week.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
