Job Description

We are seeking dedicated construction laborers to maintain cleanliness in dig areas. This role primarily involves using a shovel to ensure areas are clean where excavators are loading dump trucks. While laboring constitutes 80% of the work, the remaining 20% involves operating equipment such as water trucks, street sweepers, and skid steers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in excavation areas using a shovel.
• Support excavators by ensuring clean and safe loading zones.
• Operate water trucks, street sweepers, and skid steers as needed.

Essential Skills

• 1 year of outdoor construction experience
• Proficiency in using hand tools and shovels
• Basic construction knowledge

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as water trucks and skid steers is a plus
• OSHA 10 certification

Work Environment

Work is conducted outdoors on large-scale construction projects such as data centers. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, totaling 58 hours per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
