Join our team as an Entry Level Thermal Works Assembler, where you will support our production team by assembling large equipment and enclosures. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable using basic tools in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities- Assemble parts and components by following simple work instructions.
- Utilize basic hand and power tools; training is provided.
- Build and fasten frames, panels, and other components.
- Perform basic visual checks to ensure correct assembly of parts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Assist in the assembly of large-scale electronic and mechanical components for battery enclosures.
- Operate forklifts and maneuver carts with heavy materials.
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
- Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain production flow.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in an industrial setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools such as torque wrenches, drills, and crimpers.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to be coached.
- Experience in labor, warehouse, construction helper, automotive work, or hands-on hobbies.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Experience with SAP systems for inventory tracking.
- Open to Spanish speakers with basic understanding and communication in English.

Work EnvironmentWork in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance. Employees receive OSHA-compliant training, PPE, and site-specific safety orientation. The workplace is fully on-site with strict attendance and timekeeping protocols, and employees must wear composite-toed shoes to start work.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
