Job Summary
Job Summary
AeroSTEM Academy is seeking an innovative CTE Teacher specializing in Engineering Design, Computer Science, or transportation to ignite the spark of inquiry in our future pilots and engineers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our teachers, integrating technical skills—such as CAD modeling, robotics, or Python coding—into cross-curricular projects. As a mentor for these grades, you will guide students beyond simple 'computer time' into rigorous design thinking, helping them cultivate the resilience and technical fluency needed for our High School CTE pathways. We are looking for a hands-on educator who values creativity and problem-solving, ready to engineer a classroom culture where students feel safe to prototype, fail, iterate, and design their own futures.
