About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Act as the first line of defense for help desk tickets, providing basic troubleshooting and resolution for hardware and software issues.
- Lifecycle Management: Own the "Day 1" experience by imaging laptops, configuring workstations, and managing the onboarding/offboarding process for employees.
- Identity & Access: Assist with user account provisioning and access management across various corporate platforms.
- Asset & Inventory: Maintain a meticulous inventory of hardware and software assets; assist with periodic audits to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Project Assistance: Support the IT team in deploying new system implementations and infrastructure upgrades.
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with various Operating Systems (Windows/macOS) and basic networking concepts.
