What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scientific Affairs Manager position at Aerospace?
This position will mainly be responsible for leading development of scientific health and nutrition dossiers and outreach efforts to healthcare professionals for our U.S. Danone businesses. This scope of this position includes:Develop scientific health and nutrition dossiers to substantiate consumer messaging and product claims.Manage nutrition messages and communications tools and events aimed at Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Health Care Professionals (HCPs).Develop category and branded collateral materials targeting HCPs.Build Category, Brand and Danone credibility through Health, Medical and Nutrition stakeholders outreach (e.g Pediatrics, Primary Care, Registered Dietitians...)Participate and manage Danone’s presence at key science, nutrition and medical conferences, including exhibit attendance; interact with HCPs and communicate brand messages.Manage relationships with nutrition agencies and freelancers, as necessary. Qualification:Education in Bachelor of Science (BS).Master in Science (MS) and/ or Degree in Nutrition preferableRegistered Dietitian (RD) preferableExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong project management skills - especially organizational and follow-up skillsDetail orientedExperience with developing nutrition communication tools (desirable but not essential)
