Required Qualifications
Experience
- 8 years of SAP consulting experience.
- 3 years delivering AI, machine learning, automation, or generative AI solutions.
- Proven experience implementing SAP Business Technology Platform solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Joule, Joule Studio, or SAP Business AI initiatives.
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise transformation programs.
Technical Skills
- Deep knowledge of:
- SAP Joule
- SAP Business AI
- SAP Build
- SAP BTP
- SAP AI Core
- SAP Generative AI Hub
- SAP Integration Suite
- SAP Analytics Cloud
- SAP Datasphere
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture.
- Experience integrating SAP applications with external AI platforms.
- Knowledge of AI solution design, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), orchestration frameworks, and AI governance.
Functional Knowledge
Strong understanding of one or more of the following:
- Source-to-Pay (Ariba)
- Finance & Controlling
- Human Capital Management
- Supply Chain Management
- Asset Management
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certified Associate or Professional certifications.
- SAP BTP certification.
- SAP AI or Business AI certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or enterprise AI platforms.
- Utility industry experience preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation and transformation programs.
