Job Summary
Aerospace Technologies Group (ATG) is the world’s premier manufacturer of electro-mechanical window shade systems for private and commercial aviation. Prior experience in aerospace, medical, or automotive fields is preferred, but not required as ATG provides on-the-job training. Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble electromechanical products and sub-assemblies by hand using precision tools
- Adjust, function test, and inspect assemblies to ensure quality and performance standards are met
- Rotate through multiple tasks within the production process as required
- Conduct in-process and final inspections using visual methods and custom test equipment
- Examine finished products to verify conformance to engineering drawings, work instructions, and process specifications
- Read and interpret work orders, manufacturing instructions, and engineering documentation
- Enter, access, and retrieve production data using computer systems
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and team members regarding production status or issues
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
- Work independently using established guidelines, procedures, and instructions
- Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and manufacturing documentation
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Preferred:
- 2–5 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Experience with electromechanical assembly
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and process specifications
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality management systems
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Manual dexterity for small-part assembly
Ability to stand, sit, or move throughout the shift as required
Pay: $19.00 per hour
