Your main job duty will be following up on orders that have been placed with suppliers. You'll be in charge of making sure that the suppliers are on time / expediting when needed. If supplier is not on time, you'll need to find out why, and push them for answers / dates. Other job duties can include assisting others as they need it (scanning, filing, & answering the incoming office phone)
We need an individual who is self- motivated, organized, and easily adapting. You'll be required to make phone calls when an email does not get an answer. It is important that you are charismatic and can hold a conversation.
Job Type: Full-time Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
