Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Support, Data Entry, and Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, non-remote position requiring evening and weekend shifts, including public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter ship daily position reports into the routing database.
- Input client orders accurately and efficiently.
- Professionally address customer requests via email and occasional telephone communication.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent education required.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in computer applications.
- Willingness to learn and a desire to advance education and qualifications.
