Founded in 1953, Aerosonic has grown to be a leader in aviation instrumentation and avionics equipment - including air data systems, standby displays, digital and mechanical standby instruments, sensors and probes. Our customers include the major manufacturers of today’s civil, military and business fixed-wing and rotorcraft platforms, as well as all branches of the US military forces. We are currently seeking an on-site, experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Clearwater, FL facility.
What You'll Do:
This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8. U.S.C.1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. Aerosonic will require proof status before employment.

What You'll Do:
- Develop innovative strategies to find exceptional candidates leveraging tech and traditional methods
- Collaboration to define needs and create job descriptions
- Champion a positive, engaging experience for every applicant
- Help us tell our story and attract talent that aligns with our mission
- 3-5 years of solid recruiting experience with proven success in sourcing and hiring for both exempt and non-exempt roles
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and ATS (applicant tracking systems)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, results-driven mindset
- Must be able to work with ITAR products and related data without restriction
