Field Technician, Washington DC

FIELD TECHNICIAN

SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for a Field Technician that will assist us in our mission by preparing the jobsites for successful product application, supporting the Lead Site Technicians in completion of all jobs, and assisting with any other jobsite needs that present themselves.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Comfortable using ladders, basic hand tools, small power tools, etc.

· Physically fit enough to carry minimum 50lbs up flights of stairs

· Reliable transportation to and from work, valid driver’s license

· Ability to be flexible with start/end times each day

· Ability to travel and work multiple days in other locations

· Ability to pass background check and drug screening prior to being hired

· Construction experience preferred, but not necessary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work with Project Manager to prepare the home (job site) for all Aeroseal services to be performed

· Prep includes, but isn't limited to, taping around operable windows, doors, air vents, light cut outs etc.

· Assist in unloading, moving, and loading equipment required for each job site daily

· Conduct final walkthroughs with Project Managers, ensure all trash, excess sealant, and all other aspects of our job have been cleaned up and removed from the units/jobsite

· Participate in training/retraining programs as necessary

· Comply with all designated safety policies and procedures in the work area, including the use of applicable protective equipment when necessary to prevent injury

The estimated pay range for this role is $19.00/hr. – $23.00/hr. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
