What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Specialist position at AeroNova Corp?
You will report directly to our Director - Learning and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by revolutionizing how we learn and evolve, ensuring our team is always one step ahead in a rapidly changing business landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage project and program management initiatives within the learning and development framework.
- Develop and revise standard operating procedures related to facilitation management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of learning initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate program metrics and generate insights for continuous improvement.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience leading complex programs and managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in designing, executing, and optimizing program strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to drive program outcomes, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
