Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to ensure high asset availability and operational reliability
- Managing spare parts, tools, and inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and cost control
- Developing and maintaining maintenance plans, procedures, and documentation
- Utilizing CMMS / ERP systems to track assets, maintenance activities, KPIs, and reporting
- Analyzing failures, conducting root cause analysis, and driving corrective actions
- Managing maintenance budgets and controlling MRO-related costs
- Leading and supporting maintenance teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support field operations and business growth
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
- Experience in spare parts and inventory management
- Hands-on experience with CMMS and/or ERP systems
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and preparing reports
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis
- Proven ability in cost control and budget management
- Leadership skills with clear, effective communication across teams
