Location: Eau Claire, WI

Pay: $40–$55 per hour, based on experience

We are a small, growing construction company looking for an experienced Working Construction Supervisor to join our team.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys being in the field, working alongside the crew, and taking responsibility for getting the job done right. You will lead by example while helping manage day-to-day job-site activities.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong construction skills, and wants the opportunity to grow with a company.

What You'll Do

• Work alongside the crew while supervising daily construction activities
• Lead and coordinate employees and subcontractors
• Read and follow plans, drawings, and specifications
• Make sure work is completed safely, correctly, and efficiently
• Maintain quality workmanship and job-site organization
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, tools, and equipment
• Keep projects moving according to schedule
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and company management
• Troubleshoot problems and make decisions in the field
• Train and mentor less-experienced employees
• Help plan upcoming work and prepare job sites
• Take ownership of the overall success of each project

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on construction experience
• Previous foreman or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read construction plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to work alongside the crew
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

Schedule

Typically Monday–Thursday when project schedules allow, with Fridays off when work and project deadlines permit. Occasional Friday or weekend work may be required.
