Position Summary:
Perform duties to effectively and efficiently supervise the warehouse and shipping personnel so that product is received, stored, picked, staged and shipped in a timely manner. Responsible for inventory control & accuracy.

Essential Functions:
- Maintain all warehouse, dock areas and adjacent company grounds in a clean and safe manner.
- Train employees to perform their assigned duties in a safe, efficient manner.
- Supervise the movement of warehouse components and materials to various departmental locations, receiving of finished product, proper storage of product until shipped and the loading and shipment of products in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supervise the accuracy of all inventories, ensuring ATI is complying with guidelines as described by ISO.
- Supervise and resolve numerous complex issues and problems in various environments.
- Hold weekly tailgate meetings discussing topics on an as needed basis.
- Supervise Material Handlers, providing daily direction.
- Work with Logistics Manager to meet or exceed all warehouse goals established.
- Other duties as assigned by Logistics Manager.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
- The worker is subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions.

- The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity with or without assistance such as: operates machines where the seeing job is at or within arm’s reach; performs mechanical or skilled trades’ tasks of a non-repetitive nature.
- Actively practice safety in all aspects of the job.
- Know and practice proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Know and follow Standard Work.
- Know and recognize quality products and practices, and take action when defects are identified.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that promotes respect and teamwork between coworkers, customers, vendors, supervisor and management.
- Minimum 1year experience in warehouse, distribution, transportation and inventory.
- Certified in transporting Hazardous Materials per 49 CFR, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response.
- Knowledge of rate tariffs and interstate and intrastate commerce.
- Familiarity with all products and how they should be stored.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Be able to interpret problems, determine the cause and resolve.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Must be computer literate, or be able to be trained in the programs needed to perform job.
