Role Summary:
AeroCore is hiring a Head of Commercial Customer Programs to drive follow-through across customer accounts, proposals, contracts, meetings, and internal coordination — removing execution overhead so commercial leadership can focus on strategy and relationships, not logistics. This person owns program operations across AeroCore's domestic and international commercial customer base, standardizing how the organization tracks commitments, prepares for engagements, and manages account cadences at scale.
This is a highly cross-functional role for someone organized, responsive, credible with customers, and comfortable operating across both defense and commercial aviation environments, as well as multiple regions, time zones, and customer types.
