Mission description
Constructs aircraft uni-tape frames by performing hand lay up of resin infused carbon fiber in a sequence and process in an autoclave as described on engineering drawings and company specifications. Activity includes: preparation of temporary bagging, and final bagging process. Final bagging process requires hand sweeping using approved T sweep tool to remove air bubbles from the material.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year stable employment history preferred. Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Aerospace experience preferred. Computer Skills: Ability to operate and comprehend data using Windows Operating System®, and MRP R5 and SmarTeam systems. Other Skills: Ability to read and follow engineering blue prints.
