Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $16–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Aero-Tel Wire Harness Corp is a growing manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality wire harness and cable assemblies. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to help ensure our products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.

What You’ll Do
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a key role in maintaining product quality and supporting production operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Inspect finished and in-process products using measurement tools and industry inspection methods
- Compare production output to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Verify production processes follow required standards and procedures
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records and databases
- Identify defects, rework, and waste and help determine root causes
- Assist with developing inspection plans and test methods
- Support production staff on quality standards and best practices
- Monitor and verify calibration of inspection and measurement equipment
- Recommend improvements to production and quality processes
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Basic math and computer skills
- Excel proficiency
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred:
- 1–2 years in a manufacturing environment
- Previous quality inspector experience
- Experience reading engineering drawings or blueprints
- Experience using measurement tools and inspection equipment
- MS Office proficiency
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
