Landscape Crew Leader Position Overview
The Landscape Crew Leader will be responsible for managing maintenance performance on Commercial projects .
Landscape Crew Leader Responsibilities
- Ensuring all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies
- Ensuring equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance
- Logging equipment usage and maintenance cycles
- Perform landscape and street maintenance duties, including but not limited to, pruning, planting, trimming, edging, and mowing.
- Bed maintenance will include shearing, fertilizing, and mulching.
Landscape Crew Leader Qualifications
- General knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape construction.
- 3 year managing crews.
- Must be able to lift, bend, squat, and work in outdoor weather.
- Must be able to operate a truck n trailer combo safely.
- Must have a valid Florida drivers’ license
