What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production / Pad Printing Operator (Warehouse Support) position at Aero-Motion, Inc.?
We are a family-owned toy manufacturing company located in Grover Beach celebrating 50 years in business. We produce and ship classic toys sold nationwide.
We are seeking a reliable part-time team member to assist with production during our busy spring/summer season, with the potential for long-term/full-time opportunities for the right person.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate and assist with pad printing / production equipment
- Help with toy assembly and packaging
- Support shipping and warehouse operations as needed
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory flow
Ideal Candidate:
- Mechanically inclined / technically minded
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain quality standards
- Comfortable learning production equipment and processes
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with pad printing, screen printing, manufacturing, or machine operation is a plus, but we will train the right person.
