Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Aircraft Mechanic (A&P/IA) located in Boise, ID. The chosen candidate will perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems, and ensure airworthiness compliance. Additional responsibilities include helping build and obtain FAA Part 145 certification.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance and Aircraft Systems
- Expertise in Aircraft Structures and PowerPlant systems
- Holds FAA Airframe and PowerPlant (A&P) certification; Inspection Authorization (IA) is highly preferred
- Experience on multiple aircraft types to include helicopters (Preference given for UH-60, B-407, and MD-530 airframes)
- Familiarity with Cirrus SR-series aircraft is a plus
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair piston and turbine powered aircraft
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Previous experience with developing a 145 repair station.
