Administrative Coordinator
Full-Time | On-site | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $25-$29/hour

We’re looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator who enjoys being the steady, reliable hub of a busy office environment. This is a highly visible, in-office role that requires a consistent at-desk presence to support daily operations, leadership, employees, vendors, and visitors throughout the workday.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily office operations and provide front-line administrative support
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, events, and catering
- Serve as a central point of contact for calls, emails, mail, vendors, and visitors
- Support leadership with reports, presentations, scheduling, and communication
- Maintain records, bill our customers, and track receivables
- Help ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally every day
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of progressive administrative or office management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience supporting executive or C-suite leadership
- Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach
- Comfortable working on-site daily in a collaborative office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, and current office software
Bonus Points:
- Event planning or employee engagement experience
- Experience supporting multiple departments or stakeholders
- Experience in growing or fast-paced organizations
Considerations:
- Pay range $25-$29/hr. depending on experience
- Schedule is in-office, full-time Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
