We’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team and help drive measurable results across multiple marketing channels. This role blends campaign execution with data analysis, requiring a strong grasp of digital platforms and the ability to turn insights into action.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and track marketing campaigns across PPC, email, social media and other channels.
• Manage PPC efforts, including:
• Keyword research and monitoring
• Ad copy review and optimization
• Budget tracking and performance reporting
• Collaboration with our PPC agency for ongoing improvements
• Conduct competitor and market research (pricing, products, keywords).
• Maintain and update campaign performance reports, including our Aero Scorecard.
• Build and manage prospect lists for outbound campaigns using tools like ZoomInfo, Charm.io, etc.
• Manage and maintain CRM data accuracy.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and edit landing pages and campaigns.
• Technical monthly audit of Aero’s website and working with vendors to resolve any issues/red flags.
• Social Media Coordination including:
• Working with the Marketing Director to coordinate monthly calendar
• Coordinate posts and respond to posts
• Reputation Management
• SEO Keyword management

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Hands on experience with PPC platforms, Google Analytics and campaign management tools.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Highly skilled in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
